Role Description: Independent Recruitment Contractor

• We are offering a contract role for an Independent Recruitment Contractor. As part of this role, you will handle various day-to-day tasks related to introducing prospects to our client’s software.
• Additionally, you will facilitate introductions between our company and these prospects, promoting employer-on-record (EOR) services or other incidental services.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect Introductions: You will engage with potential clients, introducing them to our client’s software solutions.
• Company Introductions: Facilitate connections between our company and prospects, emphasizing the value of EOR services.
• Service Activation: Services will be rendered once a prospect becomes a client by executing the Master Service Agreement and successfully onboarding one or more members.
• Remote Work: This is a remote position. We are particularly interested in Independent contractors who want to get a freelance work visa and move to live anywhere in Poland.

• Comfortable reaching out to potential clients and prospects.
• Basic knowledge of human resources processes.
• Familiarity with recruitment strategies and onboarding procedures.

• Comfortable using digital tools and software.
• Ability to navigate online platforms for introductions.
• Willingness to learn about EOR services and understand client needs.
• Ability to adapt to different industries and business contexts.
• You can efficiently manage prospect introductions and follow-ups.
