We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as an In-store Retail Sales Representative.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, a strong understanding of our products, and the ability to drive sales within a retail setting.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Actively promote and sell products to meet and exceed sales targets.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the features and benefits of the products offered.
Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and product updates.
Provide regular feedback on sales performance and customer interactions.
Assist in preparing sales reports as needed.
Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment securely.
Process customer transactions accurately using business applications.​
Physical strength and the ability to lift a specified amount of weight.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND or OND in relevant fields with 1 - 2 years of work experience.
Previous retail sales experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
