As the in-store Merchandiser, you will be responsible for driving product visibility, executing merchandising standards, and engaging customers at retail touchpoints to generate awareness and increase sales of the product range.
Responsibilities
Ensure product range is always visible, properly arranged, and well-stocked on shelves, chillers, and displays..
Approach and interact with customers, sharing key product benefits: energy boost, affordability, and unique taste
Build rapport with store owners, supervisors, and attendants to maintain premium shelf space and cooperation
Submit clear daily reports including the number of outlets visited, display updates, photos, and sales feedback
Explain ongoing promotions (e.g., buy-and-win, discounts, or bundles) to encourage purchases when available
Requirements
SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Sales, or related field
1 year in field merchandising, brand promotion, or sales (FMCG preferred)
Ability to stand for long periods and work in fast-paced retail environments
Smartphone for real-time updates and photo documentation.
