In-State Consultant

- Experience 3 - 6 years
- Location Nigeria
- Job Field Project & Program Management
- The In-State Consultant will provide hands-on technical and operational support across ongoing and upcoming global health and development projects in Nigeria.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum Second-Class Upper) in:
  - International Development
  - Public Health / Medicine
  - Health Management
  - Economics
  - STEM, Finance, or related disciplines
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in:
- Global health
- International development
- Advisory or implementation roles
- Prior experience in:
  - Management consulting
  - Development consulting
  - Donor-funded programs (strongly preferred)
- Proven experience in:
  - Data analysis
  - Stakeholder engagement
  - Field-based implementation
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end delivery of project activities across field and advisory components
- Develop hypotheses, test assumptions, and translate findings into actionable insights
- Collect, structure, and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data (field & secondary sources)
- Prepare structured progress reports for internal and external stakeholders
