Provide first‑line ICT support and maintenance to ensure end‑users at the facility have reliable access to technology services.
Responsibilities
Provide first‑line support for hardware, software, network and application issues.
Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
Log, track and resolve support tickets within agreed timelines; escalate as needed.
Support user account administration and access requests.
Assist with network connectivity and basic server tasks.
Carry out routine maintenance, updates, patching and backups.
Support clinical and administrative application users.
Maintain ICT asset records and documentation.
Promote ICT security awareness and adherence to policy among users.
Assist with the rollout of new equipment and systems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree, HND or ND in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, plus completion of NYSC where applicable, or a valid exemption.
Minimum of 2–4 years' experience in an ICT support or helpdesk role.

Entry-level certifications (CompTIA A+/N+, CCNA)
