Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree in HR or Business Management (an advantage).
• Professional Certification: CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD.
• Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in HR with at least 3 years in pharmaceutical or manufacturing operations.
• Solid understanding of GMP, ISO 9001, and HSE regulations.
• Proven experience managing HR audits, workforce planning, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
