Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations and employee-related activities within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Oversee attendance, leave, employee relations, and disciplinary matters.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Manage performance and employee development initiatives.

• Ensure smooth and effective day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong candidates with proven hospitality industry experience are encouraged to apply.
