Human Resources (HR) / Administrative Officer at Hux Ventures

Role Description

• This is a full-time HR Administrative Officer role located on-site in Akure.
• The HR Administrative Officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as developing and implementing HR policies, employee relations, and ensuring legal compliance with Labor and Employment Law.

Qualifications

• HND / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
• Professional HR Certification is a plus
• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary

• N60,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
