    Human Resources (HR) / Administrative Officer

    Job  Description

    • Our client requires a brilliant, honest and diligent individual to grow with its team as HR/Admin Officer.

    Key Areas of Responsibility (Summary)

    • Assist with administrative functions related to recruitment, training, and onboarding of staff.
    • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks including liaising with government agencies, maintaining records, files and databases.
    • Assist in managing branch expansion and maintenance activities.
    • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and carrying out some procurement functions including fleet management.
    • Assist in coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to the bank's policies.

    Major Requirements

    • B.Sc / B.Tech / HND in Business Administration, OTM, Management Sciences or any other related discipline.
    • Minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative or office support role.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and writing skills.
    • Preferrably male; for gender balance.

    Remuneration

    • Salary: N300,000 Monthly.
    • There is a high prospect for career growth.
