Salary Budget: 250,000 Net Monthly

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive who is skilled in implementing and maintaining effective HR policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, assisting with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• *Good understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); HRIS experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional Membership or certification or student membership of CIPM is required
• Good experience in policy making, administrative functions and office management
