Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
• The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for HR policies, employee relations, legal compliance, performance management, and overseeing human resources functions within the organization.

• Knowledge of HR Policies and Human Resources (HR)
• Experience in Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law
• Skills in Performance Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification (e.g., CIPM, PHR, SPHR) is a plus
