Human Resources Business Partner at MacTay Consulting

Human Resource Business Partner will be in charge of managing outsourcing accounts and acquiring new customers. Also, the potential candidate must demonstrate their ability to generate new businesses to meet revenue targets. Finally, they should have the ability to recruit the right staff for clients to meet their satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage existing outsourced accounts.
• Source and acquire new outsourced accounts through networks and relationship building.
• Regularly post jobs on our job portal and various networks to find candidates to fill roles promptly.
• Source for qualified drivers.
• Recruit and short list for other roles for clients and internal needs.
• Accurately, prepare, and submit sale contracts.
• Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal staff.
• Create and implement processes and policies to improve our customer's operations.
• Prepare and submit sales contracts
• Prepare payroll and invoices monthly

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years experience working in the outsourcing industry.
• Previous role in recruitment.
• Robust interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel in order to see clients, explore new markets and attend conventions.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• A familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite and Wordpress.
• Demonstrated ability in businesstobusiness (B2B) sales.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
