Job Description
- Supporting and Implementing HR initiatives and systems.
- Active involvement in the recruitment and hiring process.
- Creating and Implementing effective onboarding plans.
- Supporting the management of disciplinary issues.
- Maintaining employee records.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / BSc qualification with 6 months - 1 year post NYSC work experience.
- Proven experience as an Administrator/HR intern
- Ability to carry out all HR roles assigned to you
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidentiality and dependability
- Strong ethics and reliability.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
