    Human Resources / Admin Officer

    Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
    Department: Admin
    Directly Reports to: The Managing Partner

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Oversee personnel records
    • Update company's database with the data of new employees
    • Publish and remove job ads on different platforms
    • Schedule prospective candidates job interviews and be a point of contact as required
    • Create materials to train and onboard employees
    • Respond to enquires of employees
    • Oversee the welfare of employees
    • Ensure office supplies are maintained and also the inventory of products
    • Ensure confidentiality of files and filing system

    Requirements

    • 1-2 years’ work experience as an HR/Admin Officer
    • A Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources
    • Well-organized, Meticulous, and can work under pressure
    • Great interpersonal skills to solve workplace issues
    • Ability to use Microsoft office
    • Good Communication skills (written and oral)
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
    • Ability to maintain an employees personal record
    • Strong negotiation and sales skills
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
