• Oversee staff recruitment, onboarding, contracts, leave management, and performance appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safeguarding, and child protection policies.
• Drive employee engagement, welfare, and professional development initiatives.
• Oversee general administrative functions (correspondence, record-keeping, archiving).
• Supervise facilities management to ensure health, safety, and conducive learning environment.
• Lead staff appraisal cycles for administrative staff and support HoS in appraising teaching staff.
