- Performance Management
- Ensuring Staff Welfare, Leave Benefits and Compensation.
- Employee Engagement, Staff Feedback, Exit Interviews
- Drafting of Employment Letters and HR Policy Management
- Compliance with Labour Laws, ITF, HMO, PAYE
- HR Documentation, Background check
- Payroll Management
- Support in Training and Development of staff
- Counselling, Guidance and Handling Disciplinary Procedures
- Ensuring Workplace Health and Safety
- HRIS Management & People Strategy formulation
- Support in Culture Management & Organizational Structuring
