    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure timely and error free execution of all planned Staff recruitment and interview task
    • Ensure timely and error free execution of all planned Staff training and development task
    • Ensure timely and error free execution of all planned workplace culture and disciplinary task
    • Ensure timely and error free execution of all planned staff performance appraisal task
    • Ensure timely and error free execution of all planned staff on-boarding and induction task
    • Ensure timely and error free execution of all planned staff engagement task
    • Ensure timely and error free execution of all planned staff exit task
    • Ensure timely and error free execution of all planned HR communication task
    • Ensure timely and error free execution of all planned Staff leave task
    • Ensure timely and error free execution of all planned Staff attendance task
    • Ensure timely and error free execution of all planned Staff payroll, pension and HMO task
    • Ensure timely and error free execution of all planned Staff talent retainership and succession task
    • Ensure timely and error free execution of all planned Staff allocation task
    • Ensure timely payment of all mandatory HR payment obligations
    • Ensure timely and error free execution of all planned staff record creation and update task
    • Increase the number of HR partners with better services quality and at low service fee
    • Ensure increase in satisfaction ratings from HR Partners on complaint responses
    • Execute HR business support initiatives to drive revenue target actualization
    • Execute HR business support initiatives to reduce office administration operational cost
    • Execute HR business support initiatives to reduce Ad space and platform project execution cost
    • Drive towards attainment of HR Payroll cash payment to client cash collection targets
    • Drive towards attainment of HR expenses cash payment to client cash collection targets
    • Provide weekly and monthly HR financial scorecard report

    Requirements:

    • B.Sc. in Human Resources or any other related field
    • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role
    • Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc.
    • Good understanding of labor laws
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Problem-solver
    • Good decision-making skills
    • Strong ethical standards
    • Good knowledge of HR software such as ATS etc.
