Human Resource Manager at Biosec Solutions

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager in Abuja. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources, ensuring effective recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance with labour laws. This role includes strategic planning and involves fostering a strong organizational culture to support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Management:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
• Prepare and manage the HR budget and forecasts.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team on HR performance and strategy.

Recruitment and Talent Management:

• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement talent management strategies to retain top talent.
• Conduct performance evaluations and manage employee development programs.

Employee Relations:

• Foster a positive workplace culture and address employee concerns.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.

Training and Development:

• Identify training needs and develop training programs for employees.
• Coordinate and facilitate workshops and training sessions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Manage payroll and benefits administration.
• Conduct salary surveys and analyze compensation data.
• Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and standards.

HR Policies and Compliance:

• Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; MBA or professional HR qualifications desirable.
• 5+ years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the tech industry.
• Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HR software and systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer

• Salary (gross): Negotiable, based on qualifications and experience. ₦5,000,000.00 to ₦7,500,000.00 annually.
