    Human Resource Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Recruitment and selection of excellent employees
    • Payroll management 
    • Maintaining a smooth onboarding and offboarding process
    • Training, counseling, and coaching of employees
    • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
    • Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
    • Conducting performance and compensation evaluation and review
    • Policy implementation and compliance
    • Preparation of clear and concise reports
    • Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
    • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
    • Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
    • 3 - 5 years or more experience on the role.
    • Knowledge of relevant labor, health and safety laws.
    • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Female candidates preferred
