Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
• Monitor and manage staff attendance records.
• Ensure onboarding for new employees is done as per standard 
• Support in organizing employee engagement and development activities and other HR related activities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including handling official correspondence, such as emails, phone calls, and letters.

Requirements

• B.Sc., or HND in business administration or any related field
• Minimum of 0-1 year working experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving skills, resourceful thinking and smart
• Proactive, with a strong desire to learn and develop professionally.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge on occupational health and safety will be an added advantage.
