Job Description:

• Medcourt Support Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern (NYSC) to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos.
• This role is ideal for a corps member looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources within a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening
• Support onboarding and documentation of new employees
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist with payroll support and attendance tracking
• Provide administrative support to the HR department
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be a current NYSC corps member
• Must have completed NYSC Orientation Camp
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
