Human Resource Business Partner at Infinion Technologies

Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner who will manage employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition/development, and culture initiatives while ensuring a seamless employee experience.

Responsibilities
You will:

• Acts as a primary HR contact for Business units / Departments.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Drive talent management, including succession planning, career development, and retention strategies.
• Support workforce planning and organizational design to optimize team structures.
• Champion culture and engagement initiatives to foster a high-performance work environment.
• Collaborate with managers to implement learning and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and best HR practices.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for data-driven decision-making.
• Owns end-to-end recruitment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP role (preferably in the tech environment)
• Up to date with the latest developments in the Tech space as it relates to HR
• Have superior training and presentation skills.
