    Human Resource / Administrative Officer

    Location: Gbagada, Lagos

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a passionate HR / Admin Officer that will be significant in handling staff skills and abilities.
    • A successful Human Resources personnel that will be in charge of staff related issues, such as benefits, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance management, training, organizational development, culture & general Office administration.
    • The ideal candidate will also be an excellent communicator and will have experience in managing different individuals.

    Responsibilities

    • General Office administration
    • Human Resources Management
    • Management of Official Correspondences
    • Maintenance of Proper records of all the Office Utilities and Subscription schedules.
    • Oversee the management of office plants, Machineries, Motor vehicle etc.
    • Ensure discipline is maintained among the staff
    • Uphold and implement the Company policies
    • Ensure staff adhere strictly to the company’s procedures and instructions
    • Undertaking any other assignment as may be given from time to time by the management.
    • Collaborate with other colleagues in preparing budgets and monitoring departmental expenses.
    • Take minutes of executive meetings and keep record of same.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Social Sciences or any relevant field
    • Minimum of 2 years experience as an HR / Admin Officer or similar role
    • Solid knowledge of Human Resources techniques and principles
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and computer software (e.g. Navision)
    • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
    • A good team player.
