    HR Recruitment & Operations Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for site, operational, and office staff, including bulk hiring,job postings, CV screening, interviews, and job offers.
    • Liaise with department heads to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
    • Coordinate interviews, assessments, background, reference, and guarantor checks.
    • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other recruitment-related documentation.
    • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
    • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
    • Administer staff confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exit processes.
    • Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave records, and probation periods.
    • Provide accurate HR data and documentation to support payroll processing.
    • Respond to employee enquiries on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
    • Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and company procedures.
    • Assist in handling employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues and grievances.
    • Support performance management and staff development initiatives.
    • Prepare periodic HR reports on recruitment, headcount, and staff movements.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and confidentiality standards.
