HR Outsourcing Officer at Stresert Services Limited

Location: Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos state

Salary: N250,000 - N300,000

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for outsourced staff across client locations
• Act as primary liaison between clients, employees, and internal teams
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, deployment, documentation, and exits
• Monitor attendance, performance, employee relations, and handle conflict resolution
• Process payroll (including statutory deductions) and prepare payroll reports (pay slips, tax, reconciliations)
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and client requirements
• Support disciplinary actions, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
• Prepare periodic HR reports and benchmark outsourcing services for improvement

Qualifications &Experience

• ND/HND/BSc in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–3 years’ experience in HR operations or outsourcing
