HR Outsourcing Executive at Lonadek

Lonadek Global Services  is seeking to engage an experienced and dynamic HR Outsourcing Executive to work closely with other business stream to manage our HR Outsourcing business. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in business process outsourcing, human resource management, and the application of psychometric and behavioral tools. S/he will be responsible for developing and managing a talent pool, working with facilitators, consultants and executing a wide range of HR-related tasks.

Requirements:

Education, Certification and Experience:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
• Proven experience in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry is mandatory.
• Experience using psychometric and behavioral tools such as Thomas International PPA or any other is a plus.
