• The HR Operations and HRIS Lead will ensure consistency of HR transactions across the business by providing exceptional operational and transactional activities to line managers and employees.
• He/She will also manage staff database and ensure data accuracy in all HR platforms and database.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in any course.
• 3 - 5 years experience in HR Operations.
• Experience in the FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
• Must be very proficient in MS Excel
• Solid exposure to HRIS Software’s.
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Nigerian Labour Laws.
• Excellent Interpersonal and People Management Skills.
