Job Summary

As the HR Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the organization’s HR functions, employee relations, Payroll management, and labor law compliance. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support General HR operations and staff documentation.
• Promote workplace culture, diversity, inclusivity, and employee engagement activities.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave 
• policies.
• Maintain employee records for the organization, including employee database, remuneration, leave entitlements, end of service, health and medical insurance, and other details, etc.
• Promote the company’s vision, mission, and values through actions, training, communications, and leading by example.
• Support the recruitment process for various vacant positions
• Compute and administer terminal benefits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Social sciences, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience in a reputable organization.
• Previous experience in the Construction industry is an added advantage.
• Possession of HR certification is a plus.

Salary

• NGN250,000 – NGN300,000 Gross plus other benefits
