Our client, an established player in the Oil & Gas, Engineering and Manufacturing Services sector in Nigeria is looking to bring into its employ a qualified and highly competent FEMALE HR professional with proven hands-on experience in implementation of key HR policies and handling HR role at an independent level within an organisation.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a young, well-comported lady, expected to have appreciable depth of knowledge in HR, evidence of remarkable accomplishment in previous roles, high capacity for independent handling and leadership, high capacity for efficient and firm implementation of HR / People policies, excellent communication skills and a clear ability to manage interpersonal relationships excellently amongst all levels of employees within the organization.

Basic Qualifications:

• First Degree – B.Sc or HND
• Minimum of 2 years of quality working experience in HR
• Post-Graduate Qualifications and Certifications give advantage
• Appreciable Digital Proficiency - MS Office, HR Softwares, Online Platforms, etc
• Demonstrable Knowledge and Expertise in Different Areas of HR
• Knowledge of HR Office Regulations and Labour Laws
