The HR Manager will lead the HR function for both FMM and RollPay, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This role ensures that both companies attract, retain, and develop top talent while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in tech or entertainment industries.
