    HR Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR manager to join our hotel team. 
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, benefits administration, and compliance.

    Key Responsibilities
    Strategic HR Planning:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives

    Talent Acquisition and Management:

    • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and job offers
    • Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce turnover
    • Collaborate with department managers to identify and develop future leaders.

    Employee Engagement and Culture:

    • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
    • Collaborate with department managers to promote a culture of excellence.

    Training and Development:

    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
    • Identify training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
    • Collaborate with department managers to develop succession plans.

    Employee Relations and Compliance:

    • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
    • 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry
    • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
    • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with HR software and systems (e.g. Workday, ADP)
    • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
    • Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
