Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and reference checks.
• Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting exit interviews
• Assist with performance management initiatives, including scheduling performance reviews and providing administrative support
• Participate in various HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and training and development initiatives

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Business Management or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
• A passion for learning and growing in the field of Human Resources
