    HR Intern

    Job Description

    • Krystal Digital is looking for a candidate that will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.

    Key Responsibilities include

    • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
    • Assist in recruitment activities (posting job adverts, screening CVs, scheduling interviews).
    • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
    • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
    • Assist in organizing staff engagement activities and trainings.
    • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
    • Provide general support in day-to-day HR operations.

    Requirements and Skills

    • Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences is an advantage
    • 0 – 1 year work experience (previous HR exposure is a plus but not required).
    • Strong interest in Human Resources and people management.
    • Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
