We are looking for a smart, intelligent, highly organized and proactive HR Intern/Assistant to support the effective delivery of our Human Resources functions.

Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day HR administrative activities and employee documentation.
Assist with recruitment, interview coordination and onboarding of new employees.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Support attendance, leave and other employee-related records.
Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, memos and other documentation.
Support employee engagement, welfare and internal HR initiatives.
Assist with training coordination and HR development activities.
Support performance management and other HR processes as required.
Ensure proper filing, documentation and retrieval of HR records.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Carry out other HR-related duties assigned by the HR Manager/Head of HR.
Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
0–2 years of relevant experience in HR or administration. Fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
Smart, intelligent, resourceful and highly organized.
Strong willingness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
Professional attitude, maturity, discretion and willingness to take responsibility.
Must be proactive, teachable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Must Reside in Imo state.
