HR Executive (Operations) at Perfetti Van Melle

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with HRBP Operations to ensure fulfillment of budgeted headcount for every Financial Year.
• Manage end-to-end employment life cycle of outsourced workers (i.e. on boarding, attendance, performance reviews, disciplinary procedure, work tools, uniforms,  payroll and off boarding).
• Serves as the contact person for all HR service providers.
• Monitors effectiveness of service providers and ensure performance aligns with their Service Level
•  Agreement (“SLA”); including compliance with statutory requirements.
• Ensures Service Level Agreement is updated/and or renewed as at when due.
• Collaborate with Labour providers to ensure availability of manpower to meet production requirements.
• Collaborate with Labour Providers to ensure Goal setting, Mid-Year and End of Year review exercise of contract workers and present summary report to HRBP Operations.
• Participate in the development and continuous update of key company information like Employee handbook, Human resources Manual, Job description, HR Projects, etc.

Our Perfect Candidate

• Holds BSc or HND in Social Science or Arts.
• Minimum of five (5) Years relevant experience.
• Membership of a Professional Body (preferably, CIPMN).
• Good knowledge of MS Office packages.
• Good experience managing outsourced labour providers.
• Good understanding of manpower planning to support production activities.
• Excellent customer service attitude.
• Good Team Player.
• Self-driven and result oriented.
• Passionate about self-development.
