Job Description
Position objective:
- The HR Data & Systems Analyst will lead HR analytics, reporting, and HR systems administration to provideactionable workforce insights. This role will play a critical part in enabling data-driven HR decisions, optimizing HRtechnology, and driving continuous improvement across HR processes and service delivery.
Responsibilities Include:
- HR Analytics & Workforce Reporting
- Develop and manage HR dashboards and reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Provide workforce insights on hiring, attrition, diversity, and performance trends.
- Support leadership with data-driven recommendations for workforce planning and HR strategy.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance in HR reporting,HR Systems & People Technology
- Act as HR Systems Administrator for HRIS and related software.
- Manage system configuration, user access, data integrity, and process automation.
- Partner with IT and vendors on HR tech upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
- Train HR and business users on HR systems and reporting tools.
- HR Innovation & Process Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR processes and service delivery.
- Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Lead HR excellence initiatives and standardize processes across HR functions.
- Support digital transformation initiatives within HR.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS administration, or HR operations analytics.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and data visualization skills.
- Experience with HRIS administration and people technology platforms.
- Ability to translate data into business insights and recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
Additional Information
Salary
NGN400,000 to NGN550,000
