HR Assistant at Asphalt Unity Construction Limited

Location: Lagos Island, Epe

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records (both digital and hard copies).
• Support onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Prepare HR documents like employment contracts and letters.
• Handle employee attendance records and leave management.
• Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
• Support the coordination of staff welfare initiatives and training programs.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements:

• BSc/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 years proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
