    HR / Administrative Officer

    Job Description

    • We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrative/HR Officer to join our team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about human resources and administrative functions and is looking to contribute to our company's success.

    Job Overview

    • As an Administrative/HR Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR department and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within our organization.
    • You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, HR processes, and employee relations activities.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
    • Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees.
    • Manage and organize office files, records, and documents.
    • Promote a positive workplace culture and team collaboration.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Coordinate payroll administration

    • Develop learning and development programs.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc in any field.
    • 2-3 years of experience as HR Generalist
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
