Position Overview:

• Our client, a leading fashion brand here in Lagos, is looking to hire a HR and Administration in the fashion industry.
• You will be a key player in maintaining a positive workplace culture, managing HR functions, and ensuring seamless administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead talent acquisition efforts for creative roles, collaborating with hiring managers to attract top-tier candidates.
• Manage onboarding processes, including orientation programs tailored to the fashion industry.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a vibrant and collaborative workplace.
• Stay updated on industry trends to provide tailored training and development opportunities for fashion-focused skill sets.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
• Manage relationships with fashion vendors and service providers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Fashion Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years.
• Proven experience in HR and administration roles within the fashion industry.
• Understanding of fashion industry trends, creative processes, and talent dynamics.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems relevant to the fashion industry.
