    HR Admin Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the recruitment and selection process by posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
    • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including coordinating orientation sessions, preparing new hire paperwork, and ensuring all required documentation is completed.
    • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining HR-related documents and forms.
    • Assist with employee relations activities, including organizing employee events, preparing recognition materials, and responding to general inquiries.
    • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries related to health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
    • Assist with payroll processing by accurately maintaining employee time and attendance records, verifying hours worked, and communicating with the payroll department as needed.
    • Coordinate training programs and events, including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and organizing training materials.
    • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations by staying up-to-date with changes and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Support the HR team with ad hoc projects and assignments as needed.
    • Office Supply Management: Monitoring and ordering office supplies, keeping track of inventory levels, and ensuring adequate stock is available for daily operations.
    • Travel Arrangements: Assisting with travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and preparing itineraries.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
    • 1 - 2 years work experience.
