Job Summary

• A housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in homes, hotels, or other establishments, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests or residents.

Responsibilities
The job description of a housekeeper entails the following duties, tasks, and responsibilities:

• Washing linen
• Disinfecting linen and floors
• Cleaning toilet bowls and sinks
• Ensure guest rooms and common areas are cleaned
• Cleaning windows in guest rooms if there are no screens inside the room
• Vacuuming carpets and rugs
• Disposing of trash properly
• Always being mannerly, professional and tactful
• Ensuring that there is no dirt on floors or other areas
• Cleaning up at all housekeeping related functions and assisting higher level supervisor with all housekeeping related tasks.

Requirements

• Must be a female between age 20-35
• Must be willing to work
• Must be willing to take to correction by the employer.
