Job Summary

• We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and orderliness.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors in all assigned areas.
• Sanitize bathrooms, replenish supplies (toiletries, tissues, etc.), and empty trash bins.
• Make beds, change linens, and replace used towels with fresh ones.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the boss
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Keep cleaning equipment in good working condition and report any faults.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Assist with laundry duties when needed.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Timeliness and consistency in completing assigned cleaning tasks.
• Number of reported complaints or incidents related to housekeeping.
• Proper and safe use of cleaning tools and materials.
• Adherence to cleaning schedules and protocols.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree, HND, SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1 - 2 years work experience.
• Proven experience as a housekeeper or cleaner (preferred).
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good physical stamina and mobility.
• Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
• Trustworthy and respectful of privacy.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
