Hotel Supervisor at Inter-Arc Consultants Limited

Responsibilities

• Receive complaints and resolve problems
• Maintain  personnel records
• Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
• Prepare and submit performance reports

Requirements

• Minimum of one year work experience as supervisor in a Hotel 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office packages 
• HND/BSC
