• The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating a positive first impression by providing prompt and courteous service to guests upon arrival and departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage during check-in and check-out
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide basic information about hotel facilities
• Transport guest luggage safely and efficiently within the hotel premises
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas
• Support the front desk and housekeeping teams when required
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
• Ensure all guest belongings are handled with care and respect

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage
• Polite, trustworthy, and customer-focused
