Hotel Manager at Landmark Africa Group

Reaponsibilities: 

• Full operational and commercial leadership of the hotel
• Driving revenue growth, profitability, and long-term asset value
• Elevating guest experience to world-class standards
• Leading and developing high-performing, service-driven teams
• Translating strategy into measurable operational success
• Ensuring operational excellence across all touchpoints — from front office to F&B and beyond
• Strengthening the brand positioning of Landmark’s hospitality portfolio

• Deep expertise in hotel operations, revenue optimization, and guest experience management

• Experience managing premium or high-volume hospitality assets is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to ensure a positive guest experience
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
• Experience in sales and revenue generation within the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Familiarity with receptionist and front-of-house duties
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage and motivate teams to deliver high performance
• Experience with hospitality management systems is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
