Hotel Housekeeper at Teestone Hotels & Apartment

Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our hotel team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort throughout the hotel.
• The Housekeeper will ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to management.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are used properly and stored safely.
• Follow hotel health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times.
• Assist with deep-cleaning tasks and special cleaning projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
• Positive attitude, honesty, and reliability.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
