Key Responsibilities

• Greet and host guests in the hotel lobby, restaurant, and lounges with warmth and refinement.
• Manage room reservations, guest check-ins/outs, and front office correspondence.
• Ensure seamless coordination between housekeeping, restaurant, and other service teams.
• Maintain an immaculate reception area that reflects the elegance of our brand.
• Uphold the highest grooming, etiquette, and professional presentation standards.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an NCE / OND / HND / Bachelor`s Degree
• Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury hospitality (Front Desk, Hostess, Customer Service, Guest Experience, Guest Service, or similar role).
• Exceptional communication skills,articulate, confident, and guest-focused.
• Polished, graceful, and impeccably groomed.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Availability for shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
