Hostess at Domeo Resources International (DRI)

Reports to: Fine Dining Restaurant  Manager

Job Summary

• The Hostess serves as the first point of contact for guests, responsible for a warm welcome, efficient seating, and smooth reservation management that reflects the restaurant's luxury standards.

Responsibilities
Guest Reception:

• Warmly greet and escort guests to their tables.
• Manage the reservation system, waitlist, and table allocation.
• Handle phone and walk-in reservation enquiries professionally.
• Coordinate with servers on table readiness and turnover.

Presentation & Coordination:

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the entrance and waiting area.
• Assist with arrangements for special occasions, VIPs, and private events.
• Communicate guest preferences or special requests to the service team.

Qualifications and Requirements
Education:

• SSCE/OND or equivalent.

Experience:

• Prior experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role preferred; fine dining experience is an advantage.
