Job Description

• Guest Management: Welcoming guests, handling check-ins, managing the guest list/reservations, and escorting patrons to tables or VIP sections.
• Customer Service: Addressing guest needs, resolving complaints promptly, and fostering a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Operational Support: Coordinating with bartenders and security to ensure smooth operations, managing waitlists, and assisting with promotions or marketing efforts.
• Sales and Ambience: Driving sales through bottle service or upselling, and maintaining the cleanliness and atmosphere of the entrance/host stand.
• Communication: Providing detailed information about table availability, drink specials, and event schedules.
• Workdays are Thursdays - Sunday 6pm daily
• 5% Commission Daily
• Requirement: A full picture of you attached with your Cv
• Resumption is immediate (don't apply if you can't start)
• Functioning phone for data collection and archives.
• Active on social media.
