    Hospital Manager

    JOB DESCRIPTION.

    • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with Organization policies. Drafting organisation policies with the directors where none exist
    • The candidate will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequately supported to work efficiently and effectively.
    • Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
    • Support budgeting, and bookkeeping procedures and place orders/take delivery when necessary
    • Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages etc.)
    • Manage day to day operations of the hospital, ensuring compliance with hospital values and policies and taking responsibility for daytoday running of the hospital.
    • Ensure prudent management of resources and finance, maximise profit and ensure patient satisfaction.
    • Liaise daily with the CEO and Board of Directors on daily hospital operations
    • Keep inventory of stock and ensure procurement inline with guidelines and instructions
    • Manage other clinic locations, rota and staff rotation every week.
    • Be able to work in partnership with all clinical and nonclinical staff as well as the senior management
    • Participate in staff recruitment, induction and training
    • Identify the need and pioneer new clinic centres in agreement with the directors
    • Ensure marketing of the organisation in all locations as well as social media
    • Perform alltasksk towards the smooth running of the hospital as directed by the board of directors.
    • Act in the interests of the organisation at all times.

    Requirements

    • HND/B.Sc/MBA/MSc in Business Admin, Economics and any other related field. Chattered Administrator is an added advantage.
    • Applying candidate must be between Age 35–60 with at least 5 years of experience in Hospital Management.
    • Candidate must reside in Abuja or be willing to relocate to Abuja immediately.
